Meet FA Kitchen

A family with Hong Kong roots.

FA Kitchen is our family’s new street-food business in Bolton. We’re starting with a compact dumpling stall for local markets and community events.

Our mother brings over 20 years’ experience working in commercial kitchens in Hong Kong. Her experience also includes work in a Cantonese gastropub in Stockport.
